Savoir
Savoir is a locally owned restaurant in the Houston Heights area. They are modern, chic, and cool and have a young, hip clientele. The most popular events featured flower walls, complimentary rosé, and plenty of photo ops. For this job, I did a lot of content creation, which you can see @savoirhouston. I also did their E-blasts, menus, press packets, website copy, and social media posts. I also coordinated PR events such as food festivals and helped with an appearance on the local news.
When working with Savoir I implemented a weekly mailing list that helped the restaurant connect with guests and increased reservations. I also orchestrated a special White Linen Night event that quickly reached maximum capacity and was a hit event.
