Cozymeal is an online service that sells cooking classes, wine tastings, food tours, and private chef experiences. As a copywriter at Cozymeal, I write website copy describing available cooking classes, chef bios, and in-depth long-form blogs. One of the big projects I was a part of for this client was a partnership with Sur La Tab that required hundreds of new meal snippets to be written under a short deadline for the collaboration. SEO optimization is very important for this client as well and I find myself having a lot of fun getting creative when writing within their companies’ strict optimization guidelines. The chef will craft a three-course meal of your choice starting with fresh smoked salmon and cucumber bites topped with a whipped yogurt blend. Choose from multiple entrée options such as wild-caught salmon stuffed with spinach, spicy and sweet honey sriracha tofu served atop zucchini noodles or Thai coconut chicken. Keto dessert is also on the menu featuring a zesty gluten-free lemon pound cake.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
